We offer a new industrial knife granulator 3E Machinery PC42100R, equipped with a powerful 45 kW main motor and a 1,000 mm wide rotor.

The PC42100R is designed for efficient size reduction and granulation of various types of plastic and other recyclable materials. Its robust construction and specially designed cutting system ensure high efficiency, stable operation and a uniform final fraction.

APPLICATIONS:

The PC42100R knife granulator is suitable for processing various recyclable materials, including:

PP, PE, HDPE and LDPE plastics,
plastic lumps and purgings,
injection moulding waste,
plastic pipes and profiles,
plastic crates and containers,
sheets and technical plastics,
pre-shredded cable waste,
various production and industrial plastic waste.

The machine can operate as an independent granulator or as part of a complete recycling line.

For larger or bulky materials, we recommend combining the PC42100R with a single-shaft shredder with hydraulic pusher, which performs the first shredding stage. The pre-shredded material is then transferred to the PC42100R for final granulation. GrabTrade offers complete systems consisting of a pre-shredder, knife granulator, material transport system and Big-Bag collection station.
