Dust extractor, welding fume extraction unit, self-cleaning cartridge filter, pneumatic, vacuum-based, for plasma cutting, laser, sandblasting, soda blasting, shot blasting, and all types of dry dust.
The Absolent TSF4F dust filter is built on the latest and most efficient filtration technology.
Air is drawn into the filter cartridges, while most residual particles adhere to the outside of the cartridges.
The cleaned air passes through the fan into the HEPA filter, which ensures a guaranteed and constant collection efficiency of 99.99%, capturing particles with a diameter of 0.3 µm.
The HEPA filter is equipped with a manometer that indicates when the cartridge needs to be replaced.
When the pressure drop across the filter cartridges exceeds the set threshold, the valves in the cleaning air tank open and a pulse of compressed air is released into the filter cartridges from the cleaning nozzles.
