The Alco ASP 600 HDI schnitzel flattener / flattening machine is designed for flattening all types of fresh or lightly frozen meat products. This professional meat flattening machine is ideal for butcher shops, catering companies, food processing facilities, meat processing plants, and industrial kitchens.
The Alco ASP 600 HDI ensures a uniform product thickness for meat, poultry, fish, and other food products, resulting in consistent cooking times, reduced frying times, and optimal preparation for breading, coating, stuffing, or further processing.
Thanks to its efficient pressure rollers and flattening belts, products such as schnitzels, steaks, beef roulades, cordon bleu, beef tenderloin, gyros, döner kebab, and various other meat and poultry products can be flattened quickly and evenly. The product is placed on the infeed conveyor and guided through the belt system, where multiple pressure rollers efficiently flatten it to the desired thickness.

The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability, easy cleaning, and compliance with strict hygiene standards.
