Peristaltic pumps of the ASH series from Allweiler have a unique design that allows them to work with the most complex liquid media. They are capable of pumping almost any fluid or very viscous substances, including aggressive agents or flows contaminated with solid or fibrous inclusions. Pumps of this type are widely in demand in many industries as an effective and reliable means of transporting liquids of various natures.
The working unit is based on the following design elements: a thick-walled elastic hose for conducting liquids and a rotor with a shoe for pressing and pushing the flow. With this pumping principle, there is no turbulence or emulsification of liquids. Self-priming units, easy to set up and install, the possibility of reversible operation. Sealing of the drive with a sealing ring. The cooling agent is located directly in the pump body.
Pumping liquids: highly viscous substances, containing abrasive, solid particles or fibres, gas-containing, aggressive agents.
Application areas: wastewater treatment, chemical industry, paper production, food industry, agriculture, etc.
