The FLW is a flexible and highly productive laser welding cell with extensive equipment. The focused laser beam is used as an energy source to melt and join materials together. The safety enclosure is equipped with a sliding door to ensure safe operation.

Weaving System:

The integrated rotary optics allow the laser beam to move in a circular pattern. The patented system by AMADA enables welding of larger gaps with or without filler material and even allows welding of aluminum.

The NC Focus System automatically sets the optimal focus position for the specific welding condition. It supports welding simple butt joints as well as hard-to-reach corners.

Filler wire and intelligent gas supply:

Up to 20 kg of filler wire can be used. When using the TAS (Teach Assistant System), the gas nozzle retracts automatically.

TAS (Teach Assistant System):

The TAS system eliminates time-consuming manual teaching operations. Deviation between the programmed and actual weld path is detected using a CCD camera.
