Astech / Mainali Automatic cutting line for Cubes, Sticks, Nuggets, Burgers and Planks

A modular and versatile line. It automatically, continuously, and safely cuts frozen blocks into cubes, sticks, and planks of the desired size. It can be easily adapted to the floor space.

1. BLOCKS LOADING.
The operator has to place the block of raw material in position on the conveyor belt at the start of the process.

2. AUTOMATIC BANDSAW WITH SERVOMOTOR.
It performs the firts cut of the block in the form of plank. This equipment has the transport system of the product through the whole line, having the control of the whole installation, it works automatically and manages all the remaining processes.

3. MULTISPLITTER SAW.
It performs the second cut with which sticks are obtained. This unit has no traction bands as the movement of the piece is determined by the automatic bandsaw and the whole system is sequential, depending on the cuts it is making.

4. DISC MACHINE.
It has been specially designed to perform several cuts at the same time. The pieces of the automatic line arrive to the disc machine continuously throught a tunnel. An actuator moves the pusher system cutting the bars through the discs to obtain the final product.
