Versatile Adjustment and Infinitely Variable Grinding Angle
This enables grinding of all common types of knives. The knife is fixed clamped and does not need to be adjusted again. The grinding angles of 2 knives may be preselected and changed by means of a quick change switch. The angles can be easily read off via scales. The grinding depth can also be adjusted infinitely.

Precise Guidance of the Grinding Machine
Thanks to the predefined motion sequences, a constant, uniform grinding can be achieved very quickly. The blades maintain their straight shape – whereas freehand sharpening will damage the knives over time as they lose their shape.

Zero-backlash Movements Due to Special Rollers with Ball Bearings
Due to the special and robust design, there is almost no wear. The rollers and guides are galvanized and fit together perfectly – allowing for easy and zero-backlash movements.
