The TSRET04 return system from Barbaric is a workpiece return device designed for edge banding machines.

It is the most basic model in the TSRET series and performs the following tasks:
- Transfers the workpiece at the end of the edge bander
- Returns the workpiece to the infeed height of the edge banding machine

Functionality:
After passing through the edge bander, the workpiece comes onto a roller table. The transfer process occurs as conveyor belts, running perpendicular to the feed direction, emerge from the roller table, lift the workpiece, transport it laterally, and set it down on a slightly lower roller table. This roller table moves the workpiece onto a belt conveyor. At the end of the belt conveyor, there is a non-driven roller track, slightly inclined towards the infeed of the edge bander. A stop at the end of the roller track halts the workpiece.
