설명
Used system
Year of manufacture: 1996
Berkmann systems operate on the principle of displacement flow, meaning a negative pressure is created on one side of the room wall, while positive pressure is generated on the other side by the supply air system.
As a result, nearly the entire room air flows directionally and with minimal turbulence from the supply air side toward the exhaust air side.
Paint mist generated within the airflow area is captured and extracted.
With Berkmann extraction systems, extraction takes place across the entire area, unlike conventional systems which only extract in the intake area of the spray wall.
This enables the coating of larger components.
Additionally, it is not necessary to work directly in front of the extraction device.
Thanks to the patented 'gap extraction' method, high gap extraction speeds are achieved on all sides (including the floor area, where solvents accumulate).
Due to its special configuration, extremely large filter surfaces could be installed, resulting in exceptionally long filter service lives.
Compared to traditional spray booths, Berkmann extraction systems operate with significantly lower air volumes, enabling energy savings of up to 50%.
Includes:
- Paint mist extraction unit
- Supply air system
- Solvent evaporation unit
System is installed below floor level with grating cover
Dsdpfx Aexvnm Isd Uowd
Grating dimensions: approx. 3500 x 3400 mm
Filter area of the device: approx. 3.7 m²
Supply air system: approx. 82 kW
Solvent evaporation unit: approx. 3,000 m³/h exhaust air volume
Motor: 1.1 kW
Equipped with supply air ceiling with explosion-proof lamps
Used Kremlin paint spraying unit included
Note: This system will be in operation until approx. mid-April 2026 and must then be dismantled.
Price includes disassembly, removal, and on-site pickup.
Location: Wetterau
