EASYSTICK is the automated and easy-to-adjust fence system for drilling and fitting insertion machines. Your entire process is optimized, from quick and simple machine setup to perfect results: Drilling positions are digitally determined, the fences adjust automatically, and guide you step-by-step to the correct locations: place the panel, drill, done!

Equipped with EASYSTICK, planning and processing on the MINIPRESS top is digitized. You either plan directly on the machine or import your planning data from the cabinet configurator – quickly and easily via Wi-Fi or USB stick. The imported production data can be accessed directly and further processed. The EASYSTICK computer also allows you to make processing settings directly on MINIPRESS top. Enter casework and front panel dimensions, select fittings: EASYSTICK automatically determines the drilling positions for you.

Thanks to EASYSTICK, MINIPRESS top automatically moves to the required fence positions. The drilling carriage moves along the Y-axis automatically, while the worktable and ruler remain in the same position – easy to set up and precise. MINIPRESS top allows for a throat depth of up to 350 mm by adjusting the drilling carriage. This, for example, allows you to drill centered rows of holes for large cabinet depths.

With MINIPRESS top, you only need one machine for all vertical and horizontal drilling operations. With the horizontal drilling unit of MINIPRESS top, you can accurately perform construction drilling, e.g., for dowels and connectors. The horizontal drilling unit is easily accessible and simple to adjust and operate.
