Bongard deck oven Orion (electric), type 602/4.160 (approx. 8 m²), year of manufacture end of 2021, has only been used for approx. 3.5 years, incl. loader / loading table (manually height-adjustable, for left and right), 4 decks 120 x 160 cm, each with approx. 18 cm interior height or approx. 23 cm for the top oven, with Bongard "Intuitive" computer control of the current design. Electrical connected load: approx. 52 kW / 100 A 380 / 400 V. Including steam function for excellent baking results.

The oven was professionally installed and commissioned by the local authorised dealer at the end of 2021. Sufficient space and a large door opening of approx. 190 x 220 cm are available for dismantling. This can be reached at ground level by van / lorry.

The loader and the outer panelling including insulation must be removed during dismantling, the oven core can remain in one piece. In any case, the stove should be carefully dismantled by a specialist and the dismantling should also be documented by labelling, photos, etc., ideally by the person who will later reassemble and commission the oven. This must be organised by the buyer.
