All indexable inserts for the milling and scraper units have been replaced or rotated, saw blades and jointing cutters resharpened, buffing wheels replaced. The machine is therefore immediately ready for use. Only the DIA cutter of the contour milling unit has not been replaced, but it is still sharp.

Minor paint touch-ups have been carried out.
Approx. 3,500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the PC reboots during operation (usually at high ambient temperatures), but this has not been an issue for us—you can continue working during the reboot.
