HP60/40 Heating Element Welding Machine by BRANSON
The machine is hydraulically driven, supported by precise positioning and control systems. It is equipped with its own vacuum pump.

Maximum part dimensions:

- Maximum part depth: 420 mm

The machine's modular frame design enables straightforward conversion and modification. The side doors in the welding area can be easily opened for quick tool changes. The automatic safety lift door provides high operator safety. Temperature controllers on the control panel feature actual/setpoint displays.
The control unit is a Siemens PLC (S7-300 control system). The heating elements are equipped with temperature sensors for temperature regulation and feature a safety shutdown function in case of overheating. The pin systems in the clamping plates ensure reproducible fixture positions.
