- The flour sifter is used to aerate and break up compacted and moist flour. Impurities present in the flour are collected in the waste bag attached to the machine.
- Thanks to the magnets fitted to the flour outlet hopper, the entry of unwanted substances is reduced to a minimum.
- The flour to be sifted is first poured into the hopper, then using the silk sifter (an optional stainless steel sifter is available upon request), it passes through the sieving system and the flour is sifted.
