Carel HeaterSteam UR020HL10S is an isothermal steam humidifier.
It produces steam by heating heating elements that are immersed in a steam cylinder filled with water.

Steam distribution

For optimal humidifier performance, the steam produced must be distributed homogeneously throughout the room to avoid droplet formation and condensate accumulation. This can be achieved either with ventilated steam distributors or steam lances. The choice of steam distributor depends on the room in which the steam is to be introduced. For direct room humidification (in rooms, factory halls, etc.), ventilated steam distributors (optional) with a motor fan should be used. If, on the other hand, the steam is to be distributed in a duct or in HVAC systems, steam lances must be used, which utilize the velocity of the air flowing through for humidification.
