Volumetric material dosing twin-screw extruder, 2 x Ø 50 mm, drive 1.1 kW
Twin-screw extruder / compounder – Co-rotating
Screws 2x Ø 65 mm – 40 L/D, segmented screws and cylinder (water-cooled)
Screw speed up to 600 rpm, extruder drive 90 kW – AC adjustable
2x degassing zones, 1x with vacuum pump 1.5 kW and condensate separator
1x side-fed twin-screw extruder ZSB, 2x Ø 35 mm, drive 0.75 kW
Screen changer, screen area 125x70 mm with hydraulics 1.5 kW
Die head with flanged connection, holes 13 x Ø 3.2 mm
Strand cooling tank, stainless steel, L 4000 mm x W 350 mm
Strand granulator SG 100, drive 3 kW
Control cabinet with relay control, ABB frequency inverter.
Gravimetric dosing system OPTIONAL, available at an extra charge.
Test run with your material possible in the short term, appointment by arrangement at our Wuppertal plant.
