Construction and Technology

The KDP1000 sandblasting cabinet has been designed for intensive industrial use. Its robust steel construction with powder coating ensures resistance to abrasion and environmental factors.

The housing is easy to maintain, while the sealed working system minimizes dust and increases operating safety. The hose blasting system located at the bottom of the tank provides stable abrasive flow.

The large working area and convenient access to the cabinet interior allow efficient handling of components and maximum utilization of the available workspace.

Precision and Work Efficiency

The operating pressure range of 4–8 BAR allows the blasting intensity to be adjusted according to the type and condition of the surface being treated.

Thanks to the 230 V power supply and reliable pneumatic system, the KDP1000 cabinet sandblaster ensures highly repeatable surface treatment results. Built-in lighting and a wide viewing window provide full control over the cleaning process, even when working on hard-to-reach areas of components.
