General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-action working principle to provide controlled material flow for sheet forming, deep drawing, and stamping applications. The 8-guideway H-frame design ensures maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 150/50 model, featuring a 150-ton main ram and 50-ton blankholder (cushion) capacity, is designed for precise and repeatable deep drawing processes. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-term durability and reliable operation.
