DANIBRUM AC CONTUR 2 – Edge Banding Machine for Curved, Round, and Irregular Panels
The DANIBRUM AC Contur 2 is the ideal solution for precision edge banding on panels with non-standard shapes — from oval, round, and rectangular parts to undefined curved geometries. Its operational flexibility allows edge application on 90° angles as well as open and closed arcs, thanks to an advanced mechanical feed system and adjustable profiling setup.
A key advantage of this machine is its high-precision edge trimming, enabled by a laser sensor that perfectly synchronizes the edge tape ends, ensuring flawless joints with a tolerance of just ±0.3 mm.
Operation is intuitive through a touch-screen interface that allows fast adjustment of all working parameters. The system features a vacuum-supported mobile arm, extendable up to 2250 mm, providing reliable and stable support for the workpiece during processing.
For safe and efficient use, the machine is equipped with a foot pedal control system, while the adjustable feed speed enables edge banding at 0 to 30 cm/s and longitudinal profiling at 0 to 24 cm/s.
