Inline Screwdriver Station with Reaction Arm (Higher Torque)
This station is designed for medium to high torque fastening applications, using an inline electric screwdriver mounted on a reaction arm for enhanced precision and ergonomics. Controlled by a Desoutter CVI3 Vision Controller, it offers advanced tightening strategies, real-time data logging, and full integration with plant networks via Profinet. The screwdriver delivers accurate torque and angle feedback, suitable for applications up to approximately 12 Nm. A positioning reaction arm with encoded axes ensures proper tool alignment and absorbs reaction forces, improving operator comfort and process consistency.
