The SHAMP-3200 single-head stone polisher, automatic polisher, is a professional machine that is used for polishing, grinding and brushing the stone surface and calibrating the thickness using diamond wagons. The monoblock construction ensures no additional costs such as pouring foundations for the table. An additional advantage is the ability to move the machine to another place at any time and the ease of installation. The single-head, bridge-type stone polisher is convenient to use and allows for quick and effective polishing work on most stone surfaces. The slide is guided by a linear guide immersed in oil, with long service life, high machining accuracy and an advanced control system.
The machine is equipped with a PLC controller and high-quality components: Xinje touch screen, Zhengtai contactor, Schneider switching power supply, Omron relay, Omron proximity sensor.

In the SHAMP-3200 polishing machine we can process stone with a thickness of 10-120 mm. Grinding head with the possibility of mounting 6 polishing wagons. Pneumatic pressure with an air demand of 0.6m³. Z axis travel equal to 110mm. The limit switches are set manually.
The machine has a tilting work table up to 85° (hydraulic lifting), which greatly facilitates the loading of stone in machines of this type. This allows for easy and quite precise positioning of the stone in the appropriate position for grinding.
The machine uses separate inverters to regulate the feed speed on the X axis and the Y axis. Their power is appropriately adjusted, so you can precisely control the axis feed speed, which is particularly useful in this type of stonemasonry machines.
