Robust Steel Construction – Designed for Continuous Operation
The basic structure consists of a stable construction steel frame, manufactured from laser-cut, bent, and welded components. The surface features a high-quality RAL0208 powder coating.
Modular Design:
Our conveyor belt frames are available as transportable sections. This makes the system:
• Easy to transport and assemble
• Extendable or shortenable at any time
• Ideal for future modifications or system adaptations
Conveyor Technology & Carrying Rollers
The carrying roller construction in the lower run is designed for smooth and reliable operation:
• Shaft diameter: 60/15 mm
• Roller station spacing: approx. 500 mm (customizable)
• Closer roller spacing in the infeed area available on request for higher load capacity
Drive & Rollers
The drive drum and return drum are made of S235 steel, welded and precisely machined:
• Ø 220 × 700 mm, crowned and finish-turned
• Shaft secured with tension bearings
• Bearing positions with robust UCF flange bearings, including lubrication nipples
Drive Unit:
• Hydromec worm gear motor, 1.1 kW
• Belt speed: approx. 1.15 m/s
• Connection: 400V / 50 Hz, protection class IP54
• Drive supplied ready for wiring to motor terminal box (commissioning must be carried out by a qualified electrician)
• Motor mounted on the right, pull configuration in the conveying direction

A durable, industrial-grade belt is used:
• DM EP250/2, 3+1.5 cover
• Chevron profile 17 mm high, 650 mm wide
• Profile-free splice area

The modular design allows all components to be precisely adapted to your process, such as:
✅ Special lengths & widths
✅ Side plates / wave edges (for lateral guidance and increased conveying stability)

✅ Feed/infeed hoppers (for clean loading of bulk material)
✅ Discharge plates / discharge chutes
