For sale: a used Drechselmeister STRATOS XL woodturning lathe with a 3 HP motor!
The demonstration machine is in very good condition.
Technical data:
- Center height: 280 mm
- Swing over bed: 550 mm (up to 1,000 mm with optional bed extension / outboard turning device!)
- Distance between centers: approx. 780 mm (expandable!)
- Spindle thread: M33 x 3.5 with ASR (Euro) anti-rotation groove*
- Headstock and tailstock with Morse taper MK2
- Frequency inverter (3 belt speeds):
- Speed 1: 60 – 1,200 rpm
- Speed 2: 100 – 2,200 rpm
- Speed 3: 150 – 3,700 rpm
- Quill travel: 150 mm (with scale)
- Tailstock quill with trapezoidal thread and quick-change system (for ER25 drill quill)
- Motor: 3 HP
