The Dynagrade equipment is a product for on-line strength grading of structural
timber (lumber), grades from C16 until C40 (most usual is C24) and TR26 for UK market
.

It is especially suitable for installation in sawmill sorting lines or planing
mills or comparable plants where sawn (or planed) timber is transported by means
of an existing cross-conveyor system.

The grading is done with resonant frequency ("knocking" with hammer and measuring the sound frequency with microphones).

Very high productivity, can handle up to 100pc/minute (400m/min if avg. length is 4,0m).

Limber/timber size and length 1):

Thickness 19-110 mm, Width 60-300 mm, Length 1200-7200 mm

Sawn or planed surface
Dried lumber/timber, cut to angle
Required space: less than 1 meter (3 ft) of a transfer line with lugged chains (standard)
