Induction furnace for heating steel with dimensions up to 550mm in length, 100mm in width, and 20mm in thickness. The furnace is connected to a feeder for small bars with dimensions from 10x10 to 22x22 mm and lengths up to 300 mm. The loading feeder sorts the workpieces and automatically loads the inductor with each item for heating. The throughput is very high. For small components, heated parts at up to 1100 degrees are available every 6 seconds. Two inductors are included for heating materials of up to 20mm and 16mm in thickness. The furnace can be adapted to suit your specific requirements. The cost of replacing the inductor with models for different sizes is around 3,000 EUR. The machine is highly versatile regarding the size of products to be heated.
