4-axis CNC profile machining center

For economical and efficient machining of aluminum and thin-walled steel profiles

Standard version equipped with air-cooled milling spindle (optionally available with water-cooled milling spindle)

All machining operations, such as milling, drilling, and thread tapping, are performed on a stationary clamped profile.

Stepless machining between -90° and +90° with any available tool

Automatic clamp adjustment with absolute measurement system

The traveling tool magazine ensures short tool change times for optimal machining cycles. The magazine can hold up to eight tools.

For double profile and end machining, a maximum of two swiveling angle milling heads are available, each with two different tools (0°–90°–180°–270°) (optional)

Two separate machining zones for pendulum operation (optional). Area safeguarding is provided by a laser scanner on the operator side for maximum safety and easy machine accessibility.
