Description of the press frame

Plunger Guide The plunger is guided diagonally through a prism guide, i.e. the angle of the guide is designed so that the contact surfaces run parallel to the diagonals of the press table.

The design of the guide is completely force-and form-fit, so that no torque or force is applied to the fastening of the guide jaws. This means that the guide can be adjusted very precisely and works with high accuracy. The length of the guide is chosen in relation to the width of the table so that it can be dispensed with.
The sliding pairing is special bronze against steel. Lubrication is carried out via lubricant generator.
Hydraulic unit the hydraulic system is located in the upper part of the press frame. It is completely piping, connected and mounted.
