The EVP 1500 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features a flat process chamber floor without separation capability. It is ideally suited for larger and heavier workpieces. Emptying or separation is carried out via a bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). On request, the machine can be equipped with reinforced suspension and a more powerful motor for higher loads. The motor speed can be continuously adjusted by means of a frequency converter (optional). The system can also be equipped with a fully automatic PLC control (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are known for their durability and longevity, which is largely based on the hot-cast polyurethane lining of the process chamber.
