FBM10 Flash Butt welding machine for blades

The innovative flash butt welding machine for bandsaw and bimetal blades is developed entirely by our engineering department. It guarantees perfect welds and precise repeatability of the process. User friendly touch screen display from Schneider Electric that allows you to operate the machine effortlessly. The welding process is fully automatic, with the capability to adjust the electric current in 6 stages. The machine also allows for stepless regulation of electric current during annealing and pyrometric control throughout the welding process. The FBM10 is extremely easy to set up and cost-effective to maintain.
