The Finzer ZUB 250 is a heavy-duty mechanical multislide stamping, punching and forming machine designed for the high-volume production of complex components from strip and wire.
This machine is equipped with a 250kN / 25-tonne press unit, a set of six forming slides and a manual decoiler, providing a versatile production system capable of combining punching, blanking, bending and forming operations within one production cycle.
Multislide technology is particularly effective for components requiring several bends or forming operations from different directions. Compared with conventional single-slide power presses, the multiple independently arranged forming slides allow complex parts to be produced efficiently with reduced secondary operations.
