Conveyor system for bulk solids
Bulk solids conveying system using a flexible screw. The system comprises a FLEXICON stainless steel hopper with a pyramidal bottom, support legs and capacitive level sensor. UTFS-S045-010-X tubular conveyor, approximately 2 m long, fitted with a 114 mm diameter UHMW polyethylene outer tube and flat profile flexible internal screw. Discharge head with DRP-02214T-05-X geared motor. The drive incorporates a 2.2 kW three phase motor operating at 1,425 rpm and 50 Hz, with IP55 protection. The system is ATEX II 3D T125 certified, suitable for operation in Zone 22 environments containing combustible dust. Designed for conveying pellets, plastic granules, powders and other solid products with minimal segregation of blended materials.
