This heavy duty 1200mm Granulator was refurbished fully in 2020 . Since then it has done only a very few tonnes of light weight containers after the refurbishment. New fixed and fly blades were fitted recently and it has not run since. 4 Rotating blades and 2 Stator blades. The semi solid rotor is water cooled if needed. Single step Belt drive from 110Kw Motor. Up to 1500 kgs per hour depending on the type of materials and feed rate. Air extractio to cyclone and bagging tower for big bags (FIBC) included. Loading conveyor with metal detection tunnel also included. Capable of grinding rubber also as fitted with the water cooled rotor. Two hoppers included , a standard one as shown in pictures and also included is a top entry completely enclosed hopper (not shown) suitable to received pre-shredded plastics or rubber.
