2002 Friulmac DUALFEED Cutter - Loader for hydraulic, automatic shearer, with electronic size adjustment.

The Dualfeed machine consists of two heads connected by a welded steel frame, on which two support shafts for pallets are fixed. One of the support pallets is fixed while the other is movable to allow opening of the head placed on the action of the hydraulic fluid and centraining

The purpose of the machine is to continuously feed the chipping machine with pieces cut to the required size of the woodworking material, as specified in the technical specification.

The operating cycle takes place in two distinct phases:

- in the first phase the piece is automatically retrieved from the warehouse where the operator previously performed the loading operation and the transit is passed through two sawing blades that cut it to the adjusted length.
- In the second phase the piece header is always automatically moved to the pre-feeder of the scorner where two dedicated feed rollers insert it into the
- just shearer.

The loading speed automatically adjusts to the pull speed of the palm framer and the machine operation stops automatically if for any reason the palm framer's pull stops.

The piece advancement is performed by pushers mounted on a movable bar that has an alternating (forward-backward) movement. At the end of the work cycle the piece exits the machine with the same pusher system and is deposited on the stripper conveyor bed where two feed rollers insert it into the stripping machine.

The alternating motion of the mobile bar that carries the pushers is hydraulically obtained from a rotary actuator and the two traction rollers are driven by a hydraulic motor.
