This WVS/L 150 electronic roller feeder is characterized by high feed performance and precision. It is suitable for all materials, materials, and feed lengths. At the heart of the machine are two precision-ground rollers, which are driven and positioned via a preloaded gear and an AC servo motor. These rollers can be hard chrome-plated to increase wear resistance.
The upper feed roller offers the following features:
It can be manually or automatically lifted to thread or align the strip material. The lift distance is continuously adjustable.
A pneumatic cylinder and a mechanical parallel compensation system force the upper roller onto the strip, parallel to the lower roller, with a preselectable force. This allows the strip to be fed in an off-center position.
This allows the upper roller to automatically adjust to the respective strip thickness within the permissible strip thickness range.
High user-friendliness is achieved. In addition, the strip is positioned extremely gently, largely eliminating any damage to the strip. Compared to other feed methods, the noise level during operation is extremely low.
The lateral strip guidance is provided by rollers located at the inlet and outlet of the machine, which are adjustable via handwheels.
The roller inlet guide, provided by a roller cage, supports the strip loop at the roller feed. This ensures smooth strip running as it enters the roller feed unit.
The AC servo motor is controlled by a PLC. This control system can be programmed via the INDRAMAT operator terminal (see enclosed description). The control system and the associated electrical components are housed in a separate control panel.

o Max. speed in %
o Setup accuracy
o Max. acceleration in %
o Working direction
