Genox BH1500L - Heavy Duty Single Shaft Shredder suitable for processing various materials including plastics, wood, rubber, paper, copper cable etc.
150kW (2x75kW) Drive power with VFD motor controllers and heavy duty oversized gearboxes, 80rpm shaft speed.
1500mm wide x 480mm diameter Rotor with 84pcs, 40mm Concave reversible alloy steel blades.
Hydraulic force feeding of material according to motor loading and timers.
Parameters can be easily configured on site to suit the materials being processed.
Output size is controlled by replaceable screens mounted beneath the rotor shaft in hydraulic operated screen support cradle.
This is an ex-display machine used only for show at a recent exhibition and is available immediately, ex-works our EU Workshop based in Frankenthal, Germany.
