This used single-roller coating machine is suitable for applying coatings to wooden workpieces and can be used for both oxidative oils and (UV-) topcoats. The machine is often used as part of a UV oil line, but it can also be used independently for various finishing applications.

The machine is equipped with a metering roller and an application roller with a width of 550 mm, with both rollers having independently adjustable speeds. This allows the amount of product applied to be precisely adjusted to the desired finish and the type of coating. Both rollers can also be adjusted in height using handwheels and are equipped with squeegee blades.

The integrated 400 mm wide conveyor belt ensures a consistent flow of the workpieces and contributes to a consistent process. The machine is supplied including one roller and an extra roller core. It also includes a new pump.
