The SHARC T power source is a TIG welding unit for
direct current welding (DC version) and for direct and alternating current
welding
(AC/DC version) based on an innovative
arc forming process developed by Hermann GmbH.

In application, the SHARC process leads to higher welding speed
with simultaneous improvement of the weld quality and reduction of the
ancillary welding costs (less distortion, improved penetration, reduced
annealing colours of the workpiece, less hardening of the transition edge zones
and, if required, no need for filler materials).
