This is a universal dishwasher/rack conveyor machine from the manufacturer Hobart, type UXTHL 10A/SEF. Thanks to its increased loading height of 880mm, this unit is perfectly suited for washing standing bakery trays (800 x 400 mm) and, for example, for stacking and washing bakery baskets. It is extremely versatile for large dishware and particularly attractive for bakeries, butcher shops, and caterers.
