Efficient Sawdust and Dust Removal
This vacuum sawdust extractor is designed for the efficient collection of waste generated during the operation of woodworking machines. The system is ideal for extracting sawdust, shavings, and fine dust in workshops and production plants, improving workplace cleanliness and safety.

Vacuum Filtration System

The device operates using bag filtration technology using negative pressure generated by a powerful fan. Contaminants are transported into the extractor, where larger fractions fall directly into collection containers, while fine dust is retained on the surface of the filter bags.

Automatic Filter Cleaning
The system is equipped with a vibration filter cleaning mechanism, which helps maintain high filtration efficiency and stable performance. After the machine finishes operating, the cleaning process is automatically activated, reducing dust buildup on the filters and improving user comfort.

Fire Suppression System – Water Sprinkler
The extractor is equipped with a fire suppression system with a water sprinkler, permanently connected to the fire protection system via a pipeline maintained under constant water pressure. The sprinkler system must be connected to the fire protection system in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.

Explosion-Resistant Plate
The extractor is equipped with an explosion-proof plate, designed to increase work safety in environments with dust explosion hazards. This element allows for controlled release of excess pressure in the event of a sudden increase in pressure within the system, reducing the risk of damage to the device and improving dust extraction system protection.
