BASIC MACHINE
- with 80 mm wide conveyor chain with rubber-coated chain pads,
- workpiece thickness 8 to 60 mm
- top pressure with compound V-belt, automatic height adjustment (to workpiece thickness)
- panel support with roller guide, extractable approx. 700 mm
- glue roller drive in case of feed stop
- hand switch /remote control for setup – mode
- adjustable infeed fence with NC-axis (CAN-bus)
- Jointing trimming 2 motors each 3 kW (clockwise, counterclockwise), jumping function

GLUING SECTION V20, consisting of:
- QA65 glue application unit, with PTFE-coating (Teflon), with pneumatically operated glue gates
- pneumatic clamping of glue application
- Pre-melter for PUR glues
- Edge magazine, edge thickness min. 0,4 mm to max. 3 mm

- Edge Trimming MS40 2x0.55 kW, top/bottom
- Multifunction Corner Rounding MF60, 2 motors 0.4 kW (top/bottom) with linear motors, soft-touch
- Profile (radius-) Scraping MN11, multi scraping tool, automatic positioning and adjustment (NC)
- Flat Scraping (glue joint) FA20, top/bottom, (version with 3 tracer rollers), automatic adjustment
- Buffing Unit FP10, top/bottom
