Machine was built in 1995 for a pilot plant operation drying a Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) Filter Cake. The dryer ran periodically for around 2 years and has been in storage ever since.

Scope of supply includes agitated twin screw feeder and lubrication system (for rotor drive).

In-built dynamic classifier provides control on particle size and retention time.

Equipment is offered in "as is" condition with no warranty given or implied. PPDS can offer full refurbishment services. Inspection is invited at our premises in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, United Kingdom (close to East Midlands, Birmingham and Manchester airports).
