The machine was used in our office environment to cut open multi-page, staple-bound questionnaires prior to scanning. The exact year of manufacture is unknown. We have been using the device since around 1998. In recent years, it has only been used occasionally. Since the device does not have a counter, the indicated figure is only a non-binding estimate.
