IFP/Glogar KP50 HMA

Fully automatic solvent cleaning system KP50 HMA for operation with solvents (hydrocarbon or mod. alcohol) under full vacuum.

The cleaning and drying process takes place fully automatically in a closed working chamber under vacuum (≤ 1 millibar).
Components are cleaned by spraying, pressure flooding or ultrasound with freshly filtered and distilled solvent from the two storage tanks. There is also the option of vapor degreasing with high-purity solvent vapor directly from the main still. The final vacuum drying ensures 100% dry components and the double condensation stage ensures low solvent loss and the lowest emission and OEL values.
