The inoCOMB Cabrio mini silo is used for mixing and conveying pumpable materials (mineral or organic products) with a particle size of up to approximately 8 mm. It can process pre-mixed dry mortar, screed material, or floor levelling compounds supplied by the material manufacturer. The material hopper of the mini silo can be filled directly with bagged goods, one-way containers, or big bags. During operation, the dry material is transported from the material hopper into the mixing tube via the dosing shaft. In the mixing tube, the dry material is blended with water by the mixing shaft to form a homogeneous, pasty or liquid product. At the outer end of the mixing tube, the mixed material falls directly into the pump hopper. In the pump hopper, the material is conveyed to the pump unit (rotor/stator) via the pump shaft. From there, the material is pumped through material hoses to the application site.
