The pasteurization system is fully automated with an industrial control system and touchscreen operation. If the temperature of the juices to be pasteurized drops below the desired temperature, the outlet side of the machine is shut down, and the juice is directed through the bypass until the desired temperature is reached again. Filling can then resume. At the end of the cycle, the spiral pipe can be easily cleaned with a sponge ball. Our system is low-maintenance.
