ITF Spray tunnel cleaning

CONVEYOR BELT TUNNEL WASHING MACHINE - The components to be clean are carried on a continuos moving stainless steel belt conveyor or a stop and go pallet conveyor. The design transfer time/speed and the tunnel dimensions are design in accordance to customer’s cycle time and production need. The synergy between chemical, thermal and mechanicals actions, enable to create an accurate and high efficient washing removing all contaminants from the components with excellent cleaning results.

The tunnel can be easily inspected thanks to doors installed along the tunnel in correspondence with each active station, the pumping system and filtering devices through stainless steel spray manifolds achieve maximum treatment accuracy and efficiency with stainless steel nozzles of suitable capacity. The spray pressure is controlled by pressure gauges and in regulated by ball valves.
