Industrial pressure impregnation plant for the treatment of timber. The plant will be manufactured following an order and configured to suit the buyer’s treatment process and production requirements.

Industrial Timber Impregnation Plant – Ø1,800 × 12,000 mm

The plant is built around a pressure vessel measuring Ø1,800 mm in diameter and 12,000 mm in length. The specification can be tailored to the required preservative, timber dimensions, treatment cycles and level of automation. We offer to supply both autoclave alone and complete treating plant incl. pumpskid, storage tank etc.

Depending on the agreed scope of supply, the installation can include preservative storage and working tanks, vacuum and pressure pumps, process piping and valves, timber loading equipment, safety systems and PLC-based controls.

We can supply the plant with process automation and provide supervision during installation and commissioning, as agreed in the written contract.

This is an offer for a newly manufactured plant. The equipment shown or described is not an existing plant available for immediate delivery. Final technical specifications, scope of supply, price and delivery time will be confirmed in our quotation. We also offer other diameters and lengths upon request.
