JCM 420 SAI

The YCM-420 SAI is a semi-automatic band saw designed for precise cutting of pipes, metal profiles, and other metal materials. The saw is equipped with an integrated inverter, enabling stepless adjustment of blade speed to ensure optimal cuts for different materials, reduced blade wear, energy savings, and increased safety. The saw also features a blade cooling system and a manometer to display blade tension.

Cutting mode: Semi-automatic cutting cycle – the operator prepares and secures the material, then initiates the cutting cycle. The saw then automatically lowers under hydraulic control, completes the cut, and automatically returns to its starting position. The operator only manages the cycle start and material preparation.
