The stable machine frame in welded steel construction results in very smooth machine operation. The two machine stands are equipped with an offset so that longer parts than the machine table can be sanded. The belt is driven by a three-phase motor with a balanced belt drive roller. The belt has adjustable pneumatic belt tension. The dust collection device is dimensioned so that the sanding dust is collected and directed to the extraction nozzle when connected to an appropriate extraction system. The sanding unit is mounted on backlash-free roller guides to ensure effortless operation. The machine table can be easily and quickly adjusted to the correct workpiece height using the electromotive table lift. The table lift guide elements are maintenance-free. For loading, the table can be extended so far that workpieces do not have to be pushed under the sanding belt when loading. The electrical controls for the main functions are arranged in the middle of the machine for ease of use.
