Overview
This complete automatic can filling line has a nominal output of approx. 20,000 cans/hour for 330 ml cans (can type 211/202), packed 24 cans per foil-shrunk tray. The core is an O+H / KHS Hansacan filler with 30 filling valves, mechanically blocked to a Ferrum F 505 G seamer with 5 seaming heads. Empty cans are supplied by a TMG Impianti Vega 120/B depalletizer and rinsed on a Hysek Rinsstar 20000 rinser before filling. A date/coding printer is not included.

Used line delivered in reconditioned or new condition. The filler and Ferrum seamer are reconditioned and blocked as one unit with a new electrical panel (PLC Siemens S7), new pneumatic panel and renewed pneumatic valves; the can warmer and can drying station are reconditioned; the fill-height control and packaging machine are supplied new. This work is carried out as part of the order, so the line is supplied component by component and is not yet assembled or tested as one running unit. The can depalletizer is the exception - it is already fully reconditioned and in stock. Filler and seamer are delivered with CE declaration and full documentation. Components can be inspected on request.

On request; delivery time as per agreement. Reconditioned and new-build components are supplied with a lead time after order. Location and inspection on request.
